Nature of Products: All products sold on Hindi Law Shorts (HLS) are digital in nature (eBooks, PDFs, study charts, and other downloadable materials). As these are instantly accessible digital items, refunds are generally not available once the download link is active or file has been accessed.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for successfully delivered and downloaded digital products.
A refund will only be considered if:
- The file cannot be downloaded or accessed due to a verified technical issue on our end.
- We are unable to provide an alternate working download link within 3 business days.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund for download/access issues:
- Email us at support@hindilawshorts.in within 48 hours of purchase.
- Include: Order ID, Date of Purchase, and a brief description or screenshot of the issue.
- Refunds will only be processed after approval from our verification team.
No Refunds Will Be Provided For:
- Successful downloads or accessible files.
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Failure to read product description before buying.
- Incompatibility with personal device or software.
- Discounts or offers applied post-purchase.
