Refund Policy

Nature of Products: Hindi Law Shorts (HLS) offers both digital products (eBooks, PDFs, study materials) and physical products (printed law books). Refund policies vary based on the type of product purchased.

Digital products are instantly accessible after purchase. Therefore, we do not offer refunds once the download link is active or the file has been accessed. A refund will only be considered if:

• The file cannot be downloaded or accessed due to a verified technical issue on our end.
• We are unable to provide an alternate working download link within 3 business days.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

We accept returns or replacements for printed books only in the following cases:

• Damaged product received
• Incorrect item delivered

Conditions:

• You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Provide clear photos or an unboxing video as proof.
• Returns must be approved by our team before sending the product back.

Return Process:

• Once your request is approved, we will share the return address via email.
• The product must be securely packed to avoid further damage.
• You must share the courier tracking details after dispatch.

Return Shipping:

• If the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect product), we will bear the return shipping cost or reimburse it.
• For all other reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Once the returned product is received and verified, we will process a replacement or refund as applicable within 3–5 business days.
