- We offer both digital products (eBooks, PDFs, notes) and physical products (printed law books).
- Digital products are delivered electronically after successful payment.
- Physical products are shipped to the address provided at checkout.
- Product details (preview, format, content highlights) are clearly mentioned on the product page.
- All digital products are delivered electronically.
- No physical shipment is required.
- All sales are final. Refunds or exchanges are not provided unless:
- The product is not delivered,
- Or is found to be corrupted or inaccessible.
- Printed books are shipped across India via reliable delivery partners.
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Delivery may take 3–7 business days depending on location.
- Returns are accepted only in case of damaged or incorrect products, subject to applicable law and our return policy.
Customers may be required to pay a booking amount or partial payment online when placing a Cash on Delivery (COD) order. The remaining balance, if any, is payable at the time of delivery.
Non-Refundable Advance After Dispatch: Once an order has been dispatched or handed over to the delivery partner, the booking amount or partial payment paid by the customer will be non-refundable if the customer cancels the order, refuses to accept delivery, fails to accept the shipment, or otherwise causes the shipment to be returned to us for reasons attributable to the customer.
This condition applies regardless of the amount paid in advance, whether it is a fixed booking amount or a percentage of the order value. By placing an order and paying the advance, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this cancellation and refund policy.
The advance may be retained to cover reasonable costs and losses arising from order processing, packaging, dispatch, shipping, and return logistics, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
This policy does not apply where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law or where the shipment fails for reasons attributable to Hindi Law Shorts or its delivery arrangements rather than the customer.
